Differential Yoke

The yoke on my 67 GS400 is leaking. Is there a way to fix it? I can't seem to find one.

Ok, well first we need to inspect the yoke seal area then the seal. Sometimes the fluid can leak from the spline area and Buick had a 'O' ring just under the yoke end to control this. It maybe distored or missing also.

We also need to make sure we are dealing with the rear you say it is also. Pictures are great here. rear cover area with surrounding casting helps ID the rear

Do you have the yoke area disassembled?

If you do please provide pictures after you get the area as clean as you can dissassembled. I have the correct seal and I also have good used yokes also if you need one.

If you have to call an discuss we can do that also. Just ask for a number and will get it taken care of. Jim
