Do I need longer left hand thread bolts if using a spacer with a "2" series carrier and 3:42 gears on an 8.5 set up?? If so, do you sell them and how much.......... Thanks, Mike

OH YES ABSOLUTELY!!!! That is the only reason spacers fail. Where did you get the spacer from?

WE always sell them with the bolts and lock tight. Jim

I had two spacers hanging on the wall, both being .250 I do not recall where they came from, but they came with extra shims but no bolts. Your price is fine, so let me know or call 951-265-8646............... Thanks for everything, you are the best.............

Before doing that you need to know that the .200 is for a 8.5 those may be too thick./ Measure the ring gear bolt holes drilled in them. IF they are 3/8" they are chevy 8.2 ring gear spacers and they will be too thick moving the ring too close to the pinion making it impossible to set the ring and pinion correctly with shims. Jim

Definately .250, the 7/16 bolts I have are a tight fit, but they do fit, I have the option of having these milled to .200 if you say that is what I should do..... How much is the correct spacer and bolts through you ??? Thanks, Mike
