Need help with auburn posi, all the parts look good.
What should the breakaway torque on a 10.5 cone style be?

What car and year?
10.5 is a truck full floater rear and typically did not come with Cone type units.
From the PM it sounds like you have a 7.5 Auburn unit
Breakaway torque is really NOT the best way to tell if a posi is good or bad.
Bench check with oil could be from 40-100 foot LBS.
DRY it could be WAY up at 100-150 But is NOT a real test as it is NOT realistic and in fluid.
If you have NEVER cleaned and disassembled the unit before this test all BETS are off as debris could make this torque test unpredictable - either way tighter or more loose.
Best is to disassemble check the cones for bottoming out in the case - AS the Auburn wears the coned side gears become further away from the pinned spider gears that stay centered in the case. This causes them to be susceptible to riding up the tooth and tipping off the tops causing irreversible damage.
We recondition cone units
-cutting/ machining cones and then reshimming the side gear back to spec once again.
USUALLY this can only be done once in a Auburn cone type units life.
