I have a great set of 4 33" 4 x4 tires mounted and balanced on factory gm steel 16.5 x 9" rims (rare and hard to come by) most of them were 7 thin rims on the 16.5 rims.

They are 8 lug 3/4 ton / one ton rims ready to roll

They also come with factory caps too.
