Hi Jim,
My question is what is the lowest number gear I can find for a '92 dodge with a cummins , I have a chance to pick up an allison 4 speed from a school bus that has a 5.9 cummins but these do not have OD . I currently have a 3:54 with posi and am using a 46RH OD trans that has been problematic ...

Pretty sure dana had a 61 which could handle 3.08 and 3.30 gears.
Dana 60 is 3.54 as it was a TRUCK rear to begin its life before getting stuffed into a car.
