hey guys where can i get a 12 bolt rear housing that has the upper tabs and lower arm mounts already welded to the housing?

Little confused what your asking. You want stock rear four link? Upper tabs being upper control arms and lower tabs being lower control arms? Chevelle / A-body GM rear.
Or are you wanting all aftermarket parts? Jim

I already have the four link installed on a 69 camaro im asking if there is a company that sells a 12 bolt with the arm mounts already welded on with a jig

you have to know the company all the components that you already have are from and who did the work on that rear you already have? I would say NO - you will need to match up the same parts and weld them to how you already have them on. I doubt they all are install the same...AGAIN find out the company you have the parts from NOW and at least you can go from there on Google search.
My opinion you would want the car and the rear together and have a professional shop install JUST in case some did something wrong on the last set-up. Jim
