Took some measurements of axle tube opening.

Yah you got one axle shaft wrong with the wrong bearing on it. That is why the offset is wrong. You got all kinds of headaches there huh ?? :(

Yah you got one axle shaft wrong with the wrong bearing on it. That is why the offset is wrong. You got all kinds of headaches there huh ?? :(

Pull the axles and measure the bearing 90 degree land the axle presses against. They are at different offsets. One axle is a sealed bearing axle and one axle is a oiled bearing axles. YOU will see where the the seal rides ...THE seal bearing axleshaft will not have a machined surface for the seal to ride on.
