ok well the pinion is a car pinion. If the carrier is a 2 series it would need a ring gear spacer to hold the 3.08 gear set. (which really should be a 3.07 14 pinion teeth and 43 ring teeth) gear factory GM After market 12 bolt gears would be 3.08 ratio.
Please look on the ring gear edge for numbers and or pinion crown flat top for numbers. (reference picture example)
Carrier is a early EATON like 1964 era... have to have a few different angles to be sure...
carrier should have 30 spline side gears. 12 bolt ring gear bolts.

I do not think you can get clutches for that one year posi either anymore. 65-72 were much more common and look just like all ther aftermarket eaton unit as modern day aftermarket ones.
reference pics i have posted.

2 series = 2.56 2.73 ratio
3 series = 3.07 3.31 3.55 3.73
4 series = 4.10 4.11 4.56 4.88 5.13
just for reference info
A ring gear spacer can make a 2 series hold 3 series gears and 3 series carrier hold 4 series gears.
