Do the Yukon gear sets have the pinion depth marked on them? I sure don't see it anywhere. All I see is the same number on the ring and pinion - looks like a serial number?
I really like accuracy and I wanted to start out measuring pinion depth.
Thanks,

Yukon Gear markings?
Re: Yukon Gear markings?
Don, totally understand.
Really most gears do not use this depth marking but Richmond.
I have learned NOT to trust the etched numbers as they are the human factor on the gear set. plus if you do use this depth it will only be a AGAIN beginning spot on a gear set-up as the pattern is the best true way to make certain the ring and pinion are meshing properly in a good spot.
All very good points brought up too. Thanks, Jim
