Now I have the axle disassembled should I replace the clutch plates in the posi?,if so any recommendations appreciated.

HI, I see you make reference to setting up a Posi (Toms differentials) without the springs do you recommend this method, as it would make reassembly a lot easier.

HI, New user from NZ,rebuilding the rear axle on my 69 Camaro with ring & pinion I got form Jim.
Hoping to get some advice regarding reassembly, gear pattern and condition of the clutch pack in the posi.
