Then I get 6 1/2 for the inside dia. Wouldn't that make it a 9.625", since outside dia is 9 5/8?

Definetly 29 spline count. Using a tape measurer, I get inside dia = 6 3/4 an doutside dia = 9 5/8.
That's assuming I would measure accross from the top of the teeth???

Need help with a richmond ring & pinion...
Gear found in my late father's garage and has been there since at least 1985, new in box. It has the following numbers, on the ring it says: 80-7325-1 the pinion says: 80-8325-1. I cannot reference these numbers anywhere online, including the richmond web site. I do know it is a 4.10 ratio per teeth...
